At Fair Harbor, we’re committed to getting your sustainable swimwear to you as quickly and efficiently as possible while minimizing our environmental impact.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after processing
  • Free Shipping (Orders $50+): Delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after processing

Note for International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every Fair Harbor piece you purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Policy Details

  • Most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached can be returned or exchanged
  • Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear (Boxer Briefs) unless they arrive defective or damaged
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Sustainability Note: As part of our commitment to reducing waste, we encourage exchanges over returns when possible. Returned items in good condition are donated to ocean conservation organizations or repurposed through our fabric recycling program.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Initiate Your Request: Email [email protected] within 15 days with:
    • Order number
    • Date received
    • Items to return/exchange
    • Reason for return
    • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange details)
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions and an RMA number
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack unworn items with original tags (original packaging preferred)
  4. Ship Your Return: Mail to:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible until items reach us.

Refund Processing

  • Timing: Processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • International refunds are issued in U.S. Dollars; currency conversion differences may occur

Exchanges

Prefer a different size or color? We make exchanges easy:

  • Follow the same return process, indicating you’d like an exchange
  • Specify the replacement item (style, color, and size) in your email
  • We’ll cover shipping costs for your replacement item
  • Exchanges ship within 2 business days after we receive your return

Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If your item is out of stock, we’ll contact you about alternatives or issue a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, email us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all return shipping costs.
